OUR P.O. POLICY
We accept Purchase Orders from US, State and Local Government Agencies and Departments, Universities and Schools (with authorized signatures). All orders are first placed online, then followed up by faxing us your own signed purchase order form. You can place your first order immediately after completing the simple information form below. Please read these instructions to help you place purchase orders successfully.
PAYMENT TERMS
Payments must be made to us on a prompt, dependable basis for products received. An invoice will be included in your shipping box for your convenience. Please pay the invoice within 14 days. If your payment will be delayed, please call our sales office to inform them of the delay and when to expect payment. In order to reduce costs and prices, we do not perform monthly "open account" billing. P.O. approval is on a case-by-case basis and is subject to change at any time. FIRST - PLACE EACH ORDER ONLINE
Just order online as usual, but specify that you are using a purchase order when you see the order form under the PAYMENT METHOD section.
AFTER ORDERING ONLINE
After the order is submitted properly, you will see a confirmation page online and also receive an automatic confirmatiion by email. The confirmation pages and email will show your Grand Totals and shipping costs, as well as an Order Confirmation number.
You should be sure to make your purchase order out for the full amount including shipping charges, and also WRITE THE ORDER CONFIRMATION NUMBER ON YOUR PURCHASE ORDER FORM. If for some reason the shipping charges did not show up on the confirmations, then call our sales office using our toll free line at 800-288-8025 or locally at 818-994-5500 to have a sales person provide the shipping costs to you. Office hours are from 9am-4pm Monday to Friday.
If your policies require you not to show shipping costs, then you may add the cost of shipping into the product prices to achieve the same Grand Total as your confirmation shows. We do not charge SALES TAXES for government, school or university orders. If sales taxes are shown for some reason, you may remove them from your Grand Total. Then fax us your official purchase order form or letter head with Authorized Signature and PO Number by FAX to our (818) 994-6900 fax order line.
