NOTE -- Returns do NOT go to the Sales Office
If you wish to return items, please do NOT simply ship them to our Sales Office above. You must complete our online RMA Request Form (RMA means "Return Materials Authorization"). We will contact you within 2 business days after you submit the form to help you with any problems you may have. If we cannot resolve all your concerns, we will issue you a registered RMA number for you to use for returned product exchanges or credits. Our warehouse must refuse all boxes returned without our registered RMA Numbers on their outside shipping labels. Thank you.
